About 3018

3018 is a national helpline specifically designed for young people experiencing violence or difficulties related to digital technology, such as cyberbullying, threats, or online exclusion. If you are a young person, a parent, an educator, or a professional and are looking for support or advice to deal with these situations, 3018 can help. The service is free, anonymous, and confidential. It is open every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. You can speak freely, ask questions, or request help. Beyond simply listening, 3018 also works to prevent this violence, notably by regularly intervening in schools, from elementary to high school, and with university students. The organization has been recognized by the Ministry of National Education for over ten years, which guarantees the quality and reliability of its support. If you feel the need to talk, receive advice, or receive support regarding digital problems, 3018 is there to help you.
