Are you being bullied at school, home, work or online? Contact a Denmark helpline today.

If you’re struggling with someone who uses power, position, strength or popularity to degrade and belittle you, you’re a victim of bullying. If you’re being bullied at home, school, work, or online, you’re not alone. There are 4 helplines in Denmark provided by people who understand how lonely you feel. Consider contacting a helpline if:
  • You have been socially isolated and made to feel different, ashamed and alone.
  • You have been victimised by cyber-bullies who share secrets, rumours or negative comments about you.
  • You have been excluded from activities and social groups in a hurtful or humiliating way.
  • Others have openly excluded you from social groups or activities.
  • Someone has shared private, negative, false or harmful pictures, content or rumours about you.
  • Others have repeatedly called you names and laughed at, teased and taunted you.
  • You have been threatened or physically harassed by others on a regular basis.
  • One or more people have spread rumours about you, whether true or untrue.
Bullying takes many forms, but it always leaves victims feeling lonely, humiliated and weak. Remember, bullies try to boost their power at the expense of others. Bullying is selfish, and never deserved by the victim. Although you feel alone, there are people you can trust and turn to for support.
Right now, you might feel helpless, excluded or afraid. You may be unsure about contacting a helpline for support because of how you have been treated previously. However, helpline staff in Denmark are well-trained in helping people like you who have been bullied. You will be treated with kindness and understanding.

We’ve partnered with ThroughLine to compile a list of resources for support to address a variety of possible issues.

If you have a negative experience, please know it is not your fault; help is available. Submit a report by following our guidance here, and consider contacting one of the resources above.
